Over the moon and smash Parkrun du Bois de Boulogne, Paris 😃🇫🇷 with one lap to go a lady shouted out that I was close to the course record so I pick up the pace and finish 1st back in 15:53sec in a NEW course record 😊 been to the Paris expo and got my number so I'm all ready for the Paris Marathon tomorrow morning well apart from the holes in my socks 😂 run about 16miles today so I've had a very good warm up for tomorrow. Bring it on!!
