A day in Southwell

16 club members were in action on Sunday at Southwell Sprint Triathlon. 

Coach Tom Marshall led the way home finishing in 6th place overall with a time of 54:45. Followed by Nick Williams 01:01:35. Dylan Thomas 01:02:57, Jason Cobb  01:04:18, Victoria Smith 01:06:10 (2nd in age catagory) ,Wendi Carrington 01:09:41 (2nd in age catagory), Rowan Jackson-Stewart 01:09:59 (2nd in age catagory), Jane Matthews 01:15:57 (1st in age catagory), Andy Matthews 01:18:41, Leonie Brown 01:21:51, Lorraine Fozzard 01:43:03. 

Team LCH consisting of Leroy Michael (swim) Clare Stainton (bike) and Henrietta Bettison McCabe (run)  came home in 01:22:36.
